Making lunch for tomorrow :)

I bought a rotisserie chicken at Harris Teeter and we only ate about half of it, so I thought I'd turn the rest into chicken salad for lunch :)
Ingredients:
 1/2 rotisserie chicken
light Duke's mayo
mustard
sweet pickles
chopped basil
grapes - halved

Add a cute boy to help!

...and voila! Pack some toasted whole wheat bread, baby carrots, and grapes and you have a delicious nutritious lunch!  (Lean shake pictured is breakfast)
