Day three of HCG Diet

Breakfast: coffee with Truvia

Lunch: Four ounces of grilled chicken with sauteed onions, one cup of cucmbers, one clementine.


Dinner: Four ounces grilled seared chicken with onions, one cup steamed spinach, apple (not pictured).


Sliders and sweet potatoes for the boys :)
